Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Band Set

These Arriste blood flow restriction (BFR) bands can boost muscle growth without the use of heavy weights.     Bloodflow Restriction (BFR) Bands promote enhanced muscle growth without the use of heavy weights or unnecessary joint stress. They work by restricting blood flow OUT of a muscle, but not in. This results in a crazy muscle "pump" and subsequent muscle growth! (Search KAATSU or occlusion training for the more information) 

    ▪️HOW TO USE▪️⁣ Simply tighten the bands around the arms (just below the shoulder) or around your thighs. The bands should be at about a 7/10 tightness, NOT so tight that you feels pins and needles in your fingertips or toes.
    Typical BFR training protocol calls for: 
      - Set 1: 30 reps at 20-30% 1 rep max⁣ 
      - Set 2-4: 15 reps with 30 second rest between sets⁣ 
    *leave the bands on for 1 minute before transitioning to next exercise 

    If you can't complete your reps in each set, chances are the weight is too heavy or the bands are too tight! Try these on bicep curls, tricep extensions, leg curls/extensions, bench press, squat, and calf raises.⁣
